Renova to invest 8 bln rbl in Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky airport

VLADIVOSTOK, Sep 6 (PRIME) -- Group Renova will invest about 8 billion rubles in the construction of new facilities at the airport of Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky, Transport Minister Maxim Sokolov said at the Eastern Economic Forum on Wednesday.

“As we have found out today, a private investor, the group of companies Renova, with investment totaling about 8 billion rubles, plans to build an airport facility here already by 2021, which will include a passenger terminal and a hotel, and shopping and office centers, ” Sokolov said.

He said that the new airport facilities will raise the passenger traffic to 1 million people.
